On behalf of 3 to 4 major reliable PCB manufacturing facilities in India,
we can offer you about 3000 to 4000 SQMS per month double sided PTH Printed
Circuit Boards as well as 4 and 6 layered multilayer PCB's.
We can also offer you about 10,000 to 15,000 SQMS per month of single
sided entertainment grade PCB's.
While we need not specify the details of the single sided PCB's which
we can offer, we can offer the following types of double sided and multilayer
PCB's as explained below :

Standard 8 MIL lines / 8 MIL spacings.
Minimum Hole Size : 0.6 mm.
Surface mounts on one side.

Minimum hole size 0.30 mm.
Surface mounts on 2 Sides.

Minimum hole size 0.30 mm.
Surface mounts on 2 Sides.
Minimum pitch on opps on one side 20 MIL. |

6 MIL Lines / 6 MIL Spaces - Standard.

We are marketing most of the above mentioned grades except
FR-3, flexible / high frequency CCL. For these products, we are seeking
long term Agencies / Representations for marketing their product on long
term basis. For your kind information, we are already catering to 60% of
India's "CCL" requirement amongst 7 to 8 competitors. |

Besides the regular Laminates, we are also seeking Partners
/ Suppliers for Panels / Off-Cuts of different sizes in grades FR-4, CEM-1,
XPC / FR-1 / FR-2. We can import container load Panels / Off-Cuts in sizes
as follows. :

3" width & above, having minimum. length of 24".
-
5" width & above, having minimum. length of 24".
All the material should be in 1.5 mm / 1.6 mm width. We need FR-4 with
either 35/0 or 35/35 or 18/18 copper, whereas XPC / FR-1 / FR-2 / CEM -1
panels should be only with 35/0 copper. All the panels should be with uniform
well sheared edges without any tapering or width. The copper surface should
not be damaged and should be with normal peel strength. The other properties
of these Panels / Off-Cuts should be as good as first grade material. |
